What is Reckless & Refined's return policy?

We currently do not permit full cash or card refunds. However, if you are truly dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer equal value exchanges or store credit. Store credit is available for online orders only. Online returns must be made within 14 days of delivery or 7 days from the date of in-store purchase. Please be advised, if returning an online order, customer service must be contacted before the return is sent back. Allow up to 48 hours to receive a reply from customer service.

Where does Reckless & Refined ship from?

Most of our products are stored and shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada. Few items may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, these items will be shipped from a U.S. location.

 

My order taking longer than expected...

This may be the result of:

  1. Carrier shipping delays. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.

  2. Quite often, drop shipping items will be produced on time of order. If  your order is taking longer than expected, feel free to contact us and we will let you know if it is a drop shipping issue.

I am interested in selling consignment, where can I find your policy?

Why is there a limited amount of sizes and styles?

We are a small inventory store and only buy what is needed to prevent waste and loss. Special sizes may be requested; please visit the product page, choose the out-of-stock size, and enter your email. We will email you once the requested item and size is back in stock. If the item is discontinued or unavailable from the manufacturer, our customer service will email an update. 

What is your samples policy?

Customers are limited to three (3) beauty and tea samples per order. A product purchase of $10.00 or more is required. Orders placed below the minimum purchase amount and/or more than three samples, will either be canceled or sent without the requested samples. A transaction fee of 2.9% + $0.30 may apply to orders that are canceled. Samples, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Any significant allergic reactions must be reported to the manufacturer noted on the product container. Click here for the full policy.

Why are certain beauty and tea products not available to sample?

 

Certain beauty or tea products may be unavailable due to it being out of stock or because it is a liquid or oil that cannot be shipping in our sample size containers. Please check back later as we make these accommodations accessible.
